Over the past two years, we have had two bathroom vanities and recently, our kitchen counter top and back splash replaced, all by Prestige.

We took quite a while in making our decisions as it was not easy deciding what "pattern" we wanted to live with and how much money we were able to spend. We shopped around and although you weren't the lowest priced, we were comfortable with the knowledge and professionalism of your showroom
employees.

Throughout the whole process, your staff was always there for us,_answering questions, showing us what we wanted to see as well as making suggestions - based on our price point and likes, and we were there numerous times. Never once did they act irritated with us and basically "blow us off'. We dealt with everyone in your office, Bethany, Missy and Kellie. Great team.

Also, kudos to your installers. What a great group of guys. They took their time and pride in their work, and, it shows. They also answered any questions we had and made suggestions on perhaps a better way
to do something. They measured and re-measured to make sure it would fit to our specs and still look good. On our kitchen install, it was necessary to come back and install a small long thin piece over a window. On his first return, he wasn't happy with the way it fit. We were finally able to re-schedule our fault, not yours, - and everything is in place.

We just wanted to let you know how satisfied we are and compliment you on your great employees.

We have recommended you to several people in search of quality work. I hope they follow up.

Please tell Paul that I am ecstatic with my new counter tops...they are gorgeous!!! My vision for the back splash far exceed my expectations...and the reaction from everyone that has seen them is complete amazement. I am impressed with the meticulous way they were measured and installed. They fit perfectly... so kudos to all the guys...they did a great job. Also...Bethany was very helpful in guiding me through the decision process. When I walked in for the first time... I knew nothing about solid surface counter tops and she was very informative in explaining the difference with the various stone. She was a pleasure to work with.

Two separate installation crews were scheduled to work at my condo over two consecutive Saturday's: First to install the countertop and the following weekend to install the full height back splash. Enough cannot be said for each crews level of proffesionalism combined with their independent approach to excellence is the winning ingredient. Jeff's confindence in customizing the end cap and Kevin task the care and initiative and repaired the broken drawer slide goes above and beyond todays slipping work etc.. Your employee's are the best!

A family member recommende your company and now I find myself in some position passing along the name and number of Prestige Custom Stone to other condo owners.

We recently added a new granite counter top installed by Prestige Custom Stone Products. Initially we worked with Bethany, who did a fantastic job in answering our questions and made us feel comfortable in your place of businesss. She was very helpful throughout our business dealings with you. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Misty a few times on the phone. She was also a pleasure to speak with, and answered additional questions for us. The crew who did the installation was not unlike the people named above. There wasn't ever any reason to think they were dishonest in any way and were friendly and professional people. Lastly, when I had a minor complaint, you did not hesitate to please me as a customer. These are the things customers want from a business. Thanks for making them available for us.

Recently we had selected and ordered a granite island top from your company. In doing so, we had the pleasure of working with angie as our sales representative. We wanted to let you know that she was absolutely great to work with. She made picking out the stone to final delivery a very positive experience. Therefore,wanted to let you know that Angie did a wonderful job. She listened to what we needed, helped us select the granite, and was very patient & answered any questions that we had. Also,once ordered we did receive a call from another person in your company who
recommended different cut from the one we selected originally. Again, we took his suggestion and went with it. The top looks perfect. The granite top delivery and installation exceeded our expectations! So many times people are quick to write a letter of complaint, but seldom give credit to a job well done. So thank you.
